Lawrence Levy

Lawrence founded Enrollment Rx in 2008 after he identified the growing need to improve upon traditional CRM technologies in the Higher Ed sector. Lawrence is committed to helping colleges and universities maximize the Salesforce Education Cloud.

Lawrence earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science Degree in Electronic Commerce from National Louis University.

Marc Satin

Chief Operating Officer

Marc Satin

As the COO, Marc helped start Enrollment Rx in 2008. Marc has overseen teams that support implementation services, product development and release management, and customer success and has been involved in hundreds of Salesforce project implementations covering entire student life cycle deployments.

Marc has multiple Salesforce certifications including Certified Administrator, Certified Developer, Certified Platform Builder, and Pardot Specialist. Marc holds a Bachelors degree in Communications and Masters degree in Business Administration.

Brian Murnane

Brian Murnane

Brian is an experienced senior financial executive in the SaaS, healthcare and travel industries, with an emphasis on start-up and growth stage companies. Brian possesses a deep background in corporate strategy, forecasting, development of KPI’s and related reporting and business process improvements. Brian has driven his career to focus on technology, and working with companies that use technology, to improve how businesses run and/or improve the lives of individuals.

Brian is a CPA with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois.

Karmel Kifarkis

Controller

Karmel Kifarkis

Karmel has been in the Accounting Manager/Controller role at Enrollment Rx since 2013. She brings over 20 years of accounting and financial experience from her roles as Senior Accountant for a public accounting firm, Controller for private & public golf course clubs, as well as team management for mortgage loan officers. If you’re an ERX client, you’ll most likely interact with Karmel when you have a billing question. The next time you get a chance to speak with her, make sure to ask her to tell you about how she ended up with a name like Karmel.

Karmel obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Loyola University in Chicago.

Melissa Creaney

Director of Marketing

Melissa Creaney

Melissa has over 25 years of experience in the higher education industry. She has worked with Arthur Anderson and CampusLogic as a third-party outsourcing partner for many colleges and universities. Before joining Enrollment Rx in 2016, Melissa held various roles, such as leading large financial aid processing, training, and quality assurance departments for high-profile clients with over 100,000 students. She later expanded her expertise into HR and marketing. For more than ten years, Melissa has focused on marketing in the higher education sector, utilizing her industry knowledge, creativity, and deadline-driven operational mindset to deliver impressive concepts. She enjoys creating something out of nothing and excels when she can showcase her creative talents and deliver projects that leave a lasting impression.

Melissa has studied business administration at the University of Phoenix and Arizona State University.

Kathy Koh-Gigante

Director of Implementation

Kathy Koh-Gigante

Prior to joining Enrollment Rx in 2012, Kathy spent sixteen years with the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management Full-Time MBA Program. In her role as Senior Associate Director and Operations Manager, Kathy was the business lead for the implementation of technology projects. Kathy has always enjoyed finding ways in which technology can improve efficiencies and processes, particularly within Higher Education, which makes Enrollment Rx a great fit for her professional interests. Kathy also worked in operational and training roles in both the commercial banking and manufacturing industry.

Kathy graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and an M.S. in Higher Education Administration from Northwestern University.

Matt Palmer

Director of Client Services

Matt Palmer

Since joining Enrollment Rx, Matt has served in many capacities, improving client service in every role along the way and driving toward his current role as the Director of Client Services. Matt has worked in the Higher Education industry for the past decade in a variety of roles ranging from Admissions Counselor, Admissions Manager, and Consultant. He has worked in the non-traditional student recruitment space and managed an enrollment team of 10 while in Oklahoma City. Prior to joining Enrollment Rx, he was an Implementation Consultant for Hobsons, working with their admissions products and implementing solutions across a variety of different schools. Matt is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and finding innovate solutions to ensure their success.

Matt graduated from Point Loma Nazarene in San Diego, and he obtained his MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Barbara Smith

Director of Integration

Barbara Smith

Barb has more than 30 years of software engineering experience including over a decade in the Higher Education industry. Prior to joining Enrollment Rx in 2015, Barb was the Director of Enterprise Information Systems and Services at Bethel University where she provided leadership and direction for the university’s ERP-related enterprise systems and institutional data, as well as project and personnel management for a team of technology professionals. As the Director of Integration Services at Enrollment Rx, Barb measures her success as providing seamless (and painless) integration for our higher ed clients where data magically (and accurately) appears in multiple systems without a care to the underlying technology.

Barb holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in Software Engineering.

Manish Verma

Director of Development

Manish Verma

Prior to joining Enrollment Rx as Director of Development in 2018, Manish spent 11 years working with enterprise level software development companies developing and delivering software for multiple industries. Manish has extensive experience in designing software, managing software teams, hiring and training technical staff, and defining and modifying processes. Manish’s expertise lies in managing all phases of the software development life cycle based on agile methodology and implementing metrics driven by measurements of application performance.

Manish holds a bachelor’s of technology in computer science from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, formerly Uttar Pradesh Technical University, India.
